What shipped, and when

  1. Usage tiers and monthly allowances

    • Accounts now carry a Free, Core or Pro tier, each with a monthly packing allowance.
    • The visualizer shows a live "monthly packs" meter so you always know where you stand.
    • Only successful runs count — a rejected or invalid request never uses your allowance.

  2. In-app feedback

    • A feedback panel is now available on every screen and reaches the team directly.
    • Signed-in reports carry your email automatically so we can reply.

  3. New look and a reworked packing screen

    • A lighter, warmer interface across the whole app.
    • The build sequence moved into a dedicated deck with play, pause and scrub controls.
    • Container dimensions are labelled directly in the 3D view.
    • Dimensions lock once a plan is on screen, so the picture always matches the inputs.

  4. Mixed manifests and the SKU catalog

    • Pack several different box types together in a single plan.
    • Save box dimensions to a reusable, private catalog.
    • Sign in with email and password, or with a passwordless magic link.
