These terms apply to your use of PackerAI. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

PackerAI computes three-dimensional packing arrangements from dimensions you supply. It is a planning tool. The arrangements it produces are geometric calculations based only on the numbers you enter.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. One account is for one person; do not share credentials.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users’ data, and do not use it to break the law. We apply rate limits and monthly usage allowances, and we may suspend an account that abuses the service or degrades it for others.

Beta status and plans

PackerAI is in beta. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. No charge is made during the beta and no payment method is collected. If paid plans launch, you will choose whether to upgrade — nothing starts charging automatically.

Your data

Your dimensions, catalog and packing results remain yours. We use them to operate the service as described in our privacy policy. You can request deletion at any time.

No warranty on packing results

This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly. PackerAI’s output depends entirely on the accuracy of the dimensions you enter, and it models geometry only. It does not account for load weight or weight distribution, structural or stacking limits, fragility, temperature requirements, securing and dunnage, legal or carrier restrictions, or anything else about the physical world beyond the measurements supplied.

Verify any plan before acting on it commercially. Do not rely on PackerAI as the sole basis for a quote, a booking, a purchase, or a shipment. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or business, arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using PackerAI and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and we will tell you about material changes affecting you.
